My Favourite Yoga Studios I have been to around the world
California, USA
Venice beach California
Love yoga Space – Venice beach, Los Angeles, California.
My favourite yoga studio in LA with talented teachers and the cosiest vibes. I love the workshops and the retreats they organise. It has always the best atmosphere.
Joshua Tree, California
Cedar and Sage wellness studio for one of the best hot vinyasa yoga I have had in the area.
Mexico
Mexico City — Secret Room Yoga
Probably one of the best yoga studios I have been in Latin America. I was very impressed by the yoga level in Mexico City.
Todos Santos, Baja California Sur – Cuatro Vientos
Another stunning yoga studio surrounded by endless varieties of cactuses and only 5 min drive from town centre and 10min from the beach. I advise to walk down to the beach after an afternoon yoga class and watch surreal sunsets.
Colombia
108 Medellín Colombia
Ubud, Bali
Yoga barn
One of the biggest and well-known studios in Bali and probably in the world where you have a variety of classes and best local and international teachers.
Radiantly Alive
Simple and nice yoga spot where I did my yoga teaching program. This place also attracts well known teachers such as Meghan Currie and Kino Mcgregor.
Alchemy
Beautiful venue, and they have a lovely vegan coffee where you can chill, work, and eat yummy vegan foods.
Cusco, Peru
Exhala Yoga
Perched in a small street in the heart of the historic district of Cusco. Already you feel zen by being in this location. I had a nice vinyasa flow in the morning and loved the energy in this place.
Samadhi Valley
Perched in Sacred Valley with a view on the Andes Mountains. It’s such a special place and an incredible energy. The landscape is breath-taking especially during full moon season. This spot is mainly for retreats and long stays.
PARIS, FRANCE
Jivamukti Paris
From the asanas, the flows, the chanting, the variety of workshops led by talented teaches from Paris but also well-known guests, Jivamukti has exceeded by expectations! It’s not common to find an European studio that offers sessions of 95min of that level of quality. I haven’t had the chance yet to practice with all the teachers they have but I love Ian Szydlowski classes and Klara Puski inversion workshops. If you are in town, give it a try!
RASA Yoga Paris
A beautiful, calming space in the heart of Paris just few minutes walk from Saint Michel. I love the quality and variety of classes that Rasa offers. All the teachers are amazing and most of them can teach both in French and English.
The yoga community in Rasa is warm and welcoming. The studio has one of the best energies in the city and makes you feel want to dedicate more time to your asana practice.
