I discovered Meditation and Mindfulness during a family trip to Bali. At that time, Yoga was for me a physical practice that helped me to gain in flexibility and to cope with a very busy lifestyle.
Few years after, Yoga became more than just a physical practice but also a spiritual journey. Through the asanas and meditation, I learned more about myself, made peace with my past, and released emotional pain due to the loss of important family members. I become happier, grateful, focus and I started to enjoy the simple things in life. Yoga did teach me to love more, pray more, feel more, slow down with my endless busyness, and face life challenges with resilience.
More importantly, it helped me to enjoy the present moment and understand that is also about the journey and not the destination.
